For as long as i can remember, i have been passionate about music. Making it, listening to it, discussing it and creating it and of course singing it!!!

When i was about 8 years old, i invented my own double track recorder using two tape players and recording vocals on one and then playing it back whilst singing along with what i had recorded until i had 5 or 6 harmonies!!!

I owe alot of my inspiration to my dad, Jimmy Webb, who played non stop Beatles, Stones, ELO, Carpenters and lots of really good music!!

I also had a brilliantly enthusiastic music teacher at school, Adie Blaquiere, who really boosted my self esteem and gave me confidence to sing and pursue my dreams of being in the music business....she is the Head of Music at the Frankfurt International School, Germany and you can find a link to her on the links page.

I left school and at the age of 19 joined a band who played cover versions and we were resident at a Butlins in South Wales, where i spent a few years, living in Cardiff and singing professionally and i learnt alot of technique and control, especially singing live with a band for 6 nights a week!!

While livivng in Cardiff, i was spotted by the musical director of HTV TELEVISION,a lovely guy called Eddie Gray,and i spent several brilliant years there doing lots of session work for television programmes and adverts and jingles.This was where i really put my talent for imitating other peoples voices to good use, doing 'soundalike'jingles and voice-overs!

I was now signed to record label ENERGISE,a world famous studio owned by John Pickles of JIVE BUNNY fame!!!

We released 5 singles and an album under the name of BLONDE AMBITION and "LIVE TO TELL" reached number ONE in the American Dance charts when it was remixed by CHRIS COX of THUNDERPUSS...........it was released in the United States, Japan, Asia, UK, China, Australia, France, Germany and many other places and i had an awesome time promoting the songs.But by 1999 i had enough of doing HI-NRG cover versions and wanted to branch out into original songs...so i then began work at STEELWORKS studios, owned by world famous songwriters Elliot Kennedy and Tim Lever, who have written songs for SPICE GIRLS, BLUE, S CLUB 7, S CLUB JUNIORS, DELTA GOODREN, GARETH GATES and many others. I put backing vocals and guide vocals on songs they had written and were pitching to record companys.Very enjoyable and hard work, as when you turn up at 9.30 am you have never heard the song before and you have to learn it, sing it, all the backing vocals and get it sounding sh!t hot so the record company executives love it and want to let their artist record it!
